Netflix for Nokia is now available from Ovi.

We knew it was in the works, but I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the Netflix app for Nokia phones is now available through the Ovi store .  The app which has been designed specifically for Nokia Symbian platform, enables Netflix subscribers to manage their profile, search for  movies,  add to their queue,  get movie recommendations and watch movie previews on Nokia N97 or 5800.  Unfourtunly, this app does not allow for instant streaming of movies through the Netflix queue but  Let’s hope that will be an enhancement down the road.

    makes more sense to just download the movie on your computer and add it to a memory card and watch in via on the go usb. becuase downloading a full movie on a phone is time consuming and just dumb. what a waste.

    but still ok I can download movies... streaming would have made my N8 look a whole lot sexier next to my cousin's freakin iphone 4... she is sitting next to me streaming her heart out and am still downloading my movie...

    but i love nokia... who cares if you cant stream the movies, it's just as good to watch the previews and look at the pics..... YAAAYYYYY NOKIA :]

    ya this is ultra retarded. i agree with both of you. for years ive been ranting and raving about nokias n97 and then the n8. calling the blackberry and iphones GARBAGE. well shit. tonight i go log into netflix and it doesnt fcucking work ? like really ? nokia is really starting to become a let down.

    Yes,I agree with the above poster^. I put in a google search for netfilix app for.. and before I finished typing, suggestions for EVERYONE ELSE'S system appears! EXCEPT MY 500.00 DOLLAR NOKIA N8. Then I read WE can't watch movies??? SYMBIAN- WAKE THE FCUK UP OR LAY DOWN AND MOVE OUT OF THE WAY.
